Yes! All coaching sessions can be conducted virtually via Zoom or over the phone, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own space, no matter where you live.

We understand that life happens! You can reschedule or cancel any session with at least 24 hours' notice. However, late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

We accept payments through Square, PayPal, or Venmo. Payment is due at the time of booking. Payment plans for packages are an option.
